RetroFlow (retroflow.org / app.retroflow.org) is a free retrospective board for agile teams, created and maintained by Prashant Meena. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
The short version: RetroFlow requires no signup and collects minimal data. We don't sell, share, or monetize your information.

Board data (what you create)
- Sticky notes, votes, and action items you add to retrospective boards
- No personally identifiable information is required to use RetroFlow — there is no signup, no email, and no account creation
- Board data is accessible only to people who have the board's unique URL
Automatically collected information
We use analytics tools to understand how the site and app are used:
- Browser type and device type
- Pages visited and time spent
- Referral source
- Approximate geographic region
- IP addresses are processed by our analytics providers but not stored by us directly
How We Use Your Information
- To display your retrospective board content to board participants
- To improve RetroFlow's features and user experience
- To understand usage patterns and fix bugs
We do not sell, share, or monetize your data. We do not use your retrospective board content for any purpose other than displaying it to board participants.

RetroFlow has no advertising and uses no advertising cookies.

Your Rights
- Access: You can view all data on any board you have the link to
- No account data: Since no signup is required, there is no account data to request or delete
- Opt out of analytics: Use browser extensions like uBlock Origin or enable Do Not Track in your browser settings
Children's Privacy
RetroFlow is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
